The Land and Gallops: The land is all contained within a ring fence and comprises of old downland turf with some attractive newly planted farm woodlands of mixed hardwood species and a circular sand gallop measuring approximately 3 furlongs with an uphill straight spur of a further 3 furlongs. Part of the land is currently divided into turnout paddocks mainly by electric stud fencing, with additional starting stalls practice area and short canters but would be suitable for further sub-division into more turnout paddocks and could also be laid down to additional gallops (subject to planning consent where required). Approximately 106.6 acres (43.1 hectares) in all. |
